Information For Membership Applicants

Fill out the application form below to be added to our wait list.

Once notified that an opening is available you can

1/ e-transfer your annual fee by email to:** treasurer.uxbridgeprobus@gmail.com **

• Please include your name and what the e-transfer is for in the comment section.  The money will automatically be deposited (no need for a security question).

2/ Bring your cheque to the next general meeting.

I understand:

• it is my responsibility to inform the event photographer if I do not want my photograph taken at events to be published on the Probus Club of Uxbridge Website or in the Newsletter.
• My contact information will only be distributed to the Management Team.
• I have read and agree to abide by the clubs constitution and bylaws as amended from time to time.

Fee for full year from June 1st to May 31st:  $65 ($25 One Time Membership Badge Fee + $40 annual fee).

Fee for part of the year from January 1st to May 31st:   $45 ($25 One Time Membership Badge Fee + $20 1/2 annual fee).

All membership renewals are due June 1st: $40.

Note: Name badges have a magnetic clasp. Non-magnetic badges are available for medical reasons by request.
